These terms describe your use of Website Health Checker by DesignsCtrl. Read them together with the Privacy Policy and Important Information page. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the checker.
01Permitted use and authority
Use the tool only for public websites that you own, manage, or are authorized to inspect, and comply with the target website’s terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the URLs you submit and your authority to request checks.
Do not use the tool to access private systems, bypass authentication or access controls, evade rate limits, probe restricted networks, overwhelm websites, harvest personal information, or submit URLs containing credentials or confidential access tokens.
02What the service does
The checker performs bounded, automated website health checks on a submitted public HTML page and up to four user-selected additional pages from the same origin. It samples resources and links rather than auditing every URL. The report identifies which checks completed, which need review and which could not be checked.
Forms are excluded. The checker does not submit forms, change the target website, repair issues automatically, or carry out a penetration test. Some capabilities require external services and are unavailable unless those services are connected.
03Accuracy and independent verification
Results can contain mistakes, false positives, false negatives or missing context. Availability can vary because of authentication, anti-bot measures, rate limits, caching, redirects, timeouts and dynamic content. A failed request does not necessarily mean a resource is broken.
Check important findings yourself or ask a qualified team member or another suitable tool to verify them before making changes. Another AI tool can also be mistaken. You remain responsible for backups, validation, deployment decisions and changes you make using a report.
04No certification or guarantees
Reports are informational aids. They do not certify complete security, accessibility, legal compliance, indexing, search ranking, performance or readiness to launch. A Passed finding means the particular automated check completed successfully, not that the whole website is compliant or error-free.
Performance measurements, when available, are lab results from the named provider and device. They can vary between runs. They are not a Google ranking score or a guarantee of real-user experience.
05Availability, limits and changes
We may apply scan limits, stop incomplete work at a deadline, restrict misuse, change features, or suspend the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or any minimum number of successful scans. Provider quotas, outages and access controls can prevent checks from completing.
Reports are snapshots of the inspected responses at scan time. Websites and resources may change afterward. Rescan and verify as needed.
06Reports, content and optional services
You may use and share reports for legitimate purposes, subject to rights in third-party website content and your duty to protect confidential information. Scanning or exporting an image does not grant ownership or a new license to use that website’s content.
The checker’s presentation, code and branding remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses. OpenAI, ChatGPT, Google and other provider names belong to their respective owners. This tool is independently operated by DesignsCtrl and is not represented as endorsed by those providers.
DesignsCtrl’s issue-fixing services are optional. Viewing a report or following a help link does not purchase a service or create a professional engagement. Any paid work needs a separate agreement.
07Responsibility and limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the checker is provided as available without a promise that reports are complete or suitable for a specific decision. DesignsCtrl does not accept responsibility for losses caused by relying on an unverified report, changes you make, third-party outages, or unauthorized use.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, duties or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms are general service conditions and are not a statement that any particular legal protection or limitation is enforceable in every jurisdiction.
